This workshop was one of FHWA's activities to address Section 1038. It is intended to "jump start" our understanding of HOW TO. . . . HOW TO properly design and HOW TO properly construct asphalt pavements which incorporate scrap tire rubber. The workshop was developed through the cooperation of highway agencies and the asphalt industry and discusses procedures and practices for this technology.
