This document provides a summary of the findings of the structural integrity assessments. For the general types of system components which have not been certified, supplemental information is provided which describes the impact of the lack of certification. In addition, further detail is included for the HFIR (High Flux Isotopes Reactor) Tank System. Assessments were performed to determine the structural integrity of 10 tanks and their associated piping. The certifications of each component in the structural integrity assessments were based on the results of leak tests, a review of design drawings, and a qualitative corrosion assessment.
