This paper discusses the experience of Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) transit bus fleets in 6 geographic locations - Australia, Canada, USA, Asia, Europe, and Japan. The paper presents the following: bus and fleet descriptions, information about operations, fuel economy and comparison of same with diesel buses, emissions information, maintenance data, refueling, and economics (in comparison with diesel -capital cost, fuel cost, additional maintenance cost, and savings).
