The CVISN (Commercial Vehicle Information Systems and Networks) Guide to Top-Level Design shows the initial steps in the process of deploying CVISN in a state. For purposes of these guides, top-level design encompasses setting the scope of the project, defining top-level requirements, and laying out an initial high-level design for the state systems.
