This document presents the results of the analysis of baseline, or "pre-enhancement," data describing the operation of the existing 511 telephone traveler information system operated by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). The model deployment seeks to demonstrate the potential of 511 services to bring together data from various sources, and provide useful information to travelers through a state-of-the-art telephone interface.
