The report documents year one efforts relating to the analysis, development, and implementation of the Missouri Department of Transportation Research, Development and Technology automated research library system. Specific issues include collection assessment and organization, cataloging and classification issues, and the implementation of circulation and operations. Also included are funding and budget information, and recommendations and objectives for year two project development.
