This report provides detailed summaries of financial and operating data submitted to FTA by the nation's mass transit agencies. The report is organized in two chapters: Chapter 1 provides general information related to understanding and using this 1995 Annual Report and earlier reports; Chapter 2 Data Tables contain financial and operating data by specific mode for individual transit agencies. Data are organized in four major groups: transit revenues, transit expenses, non-financial operating data, and performance indicators.
