Abstract:This Demonstration Team Final Report has been prepared to provide an overview of the conduct and qualitative
findings of the LA-Gateway FRATIS development and testing program. More specifically, this document provides:
• A description of the testing program;
• Information and lessons learned related to stakeholder/user engagement during the program;
• Information and lessons learned related to system testing during the program; and
• Recommendations concerning future FRATIS and freight connected vehicle programs.
