  This Administrator's Guide provides an introduction to and overview of the eight-hour ; EMS Public Information, Education and Relations (PIER) seminar developed by the ; National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Division of Emergency ; Medical Services. This Administrator's Guide is intended to facilitate the ; planning and implementation of the EMS PIER seminar program. The Guide provides ; an overview, the 6 hours and 45 minutes of seminar instruction, and the ; documents/materials that make up the curriculum package for the course.
