The procedure and results of these ; studies were reported in a paper entitled "Capacity Study of Signalized ; Diamond Interchanges." This report was presented at the 40th annual meeting ; of the Highway Research Board and was distributed to the various districts ; and offices of the Texas Highway Department. ; In addition to the capacity studies, there existed a need for additional ; research to develop data which would serve as criteria in the design and ; signalization of diamond interchanges.
