• Abstract:
  The final report for the Model Orlando Regionally Efficient Travel Management Coordination Center (MORE TMCC) presents the details of the 2½-year process of the partial deployment of the original MORE TMCC design created in Phase I of this project. The purpose of Phase II was to deploy certain modules of the original design, given the limited funding and resources that were available to the project team. As part of the Phase II partial deployment, one aspect of the original design was implemented—multimedia trip management. This report reviews the project methodology, Phase II deployment, self-evaluation, outreach, and results and findings.
