This revised circular updates the general project management procedures applicable to UMEA grantees that receive Federal funds under I Sections 3, 8, 9 and 20 of the UME Act of 1964, as amended, and under Sections 103(e) (4) and 142 of Title 23, U.S.C. The revisions are consistent with the current provisions of UMEA and other applicable statutes, QMB guidelines and DOT policy and regulations.
