Work was completed between April 9 and April 18, 2002. The mainline and all the laterals were 4 inches in diameter. Lateral spacing was 200 feet for all eight projects. Table 2 provides a summary of the inspections for each project. The inspection results are provided on the Video Inspection Data Sheets in the Appendix.
