A peer exchange can discuss general research management, or the agency can focus on certain parts of the research process. MDOT chose to focus on four themes: 1) Current Research Organization, 2) Identifying improvements That Streamline the Research program Development, 3) Criteria Used to Evaluate a Researcher's Qualifications and Experience To Perform Research Studies for MDOT, 4) Evaluation of Final products from Researchers to Be Used as as Basis for Funding Additional Studies.
