THIS STUDY ANALYZED THE NEED FOR AND THE FEASIBILITY OF INSTALLING AN IN-VEHICLE
ROUTE GUIDANCE SYSTEM.
THE STUDY CONCLUDED THAT A SYSTEM OF APPROPRIATE DESIGN WOULD SATISFY A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF THE NEED FOR ROUTE GUIDANCE WITH AN APPROPRIATE BENEFIT TO COST RATIO AND APPROPRIATE NET BENEFITS.
