Abstract:

The Phase I work focused on concepts for sector specific infrastructure indices for transportation, energy, water and broadband, exploring strategies to combine the sector specific indices into a composite infrastructure index, identifying possible sources of data, and developing a prototype index for transportation. Significant barriers were identified and ways were found to overcome them.
