The overall goal of this research study was to develop a prototype computer-based indexing model for traffic operation data in DOTD. The methodology included: 1) extraction of state road network, 2) development of geographic reference model, 3) engineering report database schema, 4) paper cover form and data entry and query forms, 5) engineering report database, and 6) traffic signal inventory and timing relational database.
