The objectives of this research are to characterize the elastic response of various binders used by LADOTD to determine the feasibility of the Multiple Stress Creep Recovery (MSCR) test to be included in the LADOTD asphalt binder specification and to evaluate if there is any correlation between the MSCR test and other binder tests currently used to specify polymer modified asphalt in Louisiana.
