This report is intended to identify costs and estimates for the improvements identified for Louisiana airports participating in the five-year planning horizon. A database was developed from airport master plans and standard unit costs from recent Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development construction projects in the area of each airport in order to determine the cost estimates. The planning process has also attempted to identify the development needs for the airports.
