Louisiana Airport System Plan : measures of performance.
This report applies measures of performance to gauge the extent to which the airport system achieves its goals and objectives by the implementation of the Airport System Plan. Measures of Performance are expressed as percentages of the given demographic or economic centers that being served by a particular class of airports in the state system. Measures of performance are intended to measure the access and intensity of service coverage provided by airports to the population and economic activity areas of the state.
