Abstract:

This document established the goals, objectives, performance measures, entry criteria, design standards and general procedures used to update the Louisiana Airport System Plan. The goals and objectives identified for the airport system are used as a guide to define the service level and role for a LASP airport. The FAA Airport Improvement Program funding categories and priority system, LASP airport development standards, and application of design standards to the LASP role are also laid out in this airport.
