Abstract:Forty instrument rated commercial and ATR pilots with 250 to 12,271 flight hours each flew ten simulated ILS approaches in a single engine, general aviation aircraft. Divided into five groups, each group used a different glide slope cue display in combination with a modified 'T' instrument panel configuration.
