Abstract:

The program assessment phase was designed to identify community resources and address the recommendation, made in Phase I, that initial countermeasures should target the program areas of occupant protection, alcohol, selective enforcement, and pedestrian safety. Programs and organizations identified through Phase II were compiled into resource inventories.
