• Abstract:
  The objective of this research was to investigate the feasibility of using precast concrete deck panels in place of traditional formwork for AASHTO girder type bridges. The precast deck panels span between girders, support the weight of a topping slab, and act as a composite unit with a topping slab in order to resist live loads.
