Part 2 of the FHWA report on Road Safety Audits was prepared to provide the following:

Additional detail on road safety organizations and the development of safety policies in Australia and New Zealand. This complements the information in Section 2 of Part 1; An overview of checklists used in the road safety audit process using examples from the Austroads guide and other publications; Examples of actual safety audit reports; and a summary report evaluating the results of safety audits.
