Abstract:

The document sets for the requirements for a municipality which to manage the design and construction of a bridge rehabilitation or replacement project and receive Bridge Aid under the applicable provisions of RSA 234. Bridge Aid provided to a Municipality under this process shall consist of reimbursement at the rate of 80% of all qualifying costs that are found in compliance with the process, to include costs incurred for design, construction, and construction engineering.
