Prepared ca. 1995. The purposes of this MOA are: A.) To specify the procedures by which the United States Coast Guard can request and the United States Air Force Reserve will provide aircraft, equipment and personnel for the application of oil dispersants during oil spill cleanup and removal operations; and B.) To establish interagency cost reimbursement policies and procedures for such dispersant application.
