The Manual Publishes the Register of Cutters of the U.S. Coast Guard and provides an official listing of all Coast Guard cutters as of 01 August 1996. It includes permanent stations and selected characteristics of all cutters. Endurance figures for several cutter types are presented in Section IV for use by cutter schedulers and facility managers. This manual serves as a reference document for planning and programming personnel, as well as, for those requiring cutter information in connection with management and liaison duties.
