This event was sponsored by the Federal Highway Administration’s Regional Models of Cooperation program of its Every Day Counts 3 initiative. The event was hosted by the Centralina Council of Governments of Charlotte, North Carolina, the lead agency for the regional freight planning effort in the Greater Charlotte region.
