This plan describes the Basic Reliability and Quality Assurance (RQ&A) Program applicable to Experiment T-003, the Aerosol Analyzer (AA). The Biotechnology Division has the management and overall project responsibility. An RQ&A engineer is designated to direct and assure the implementation of this RQ&A plan.
