HWNOISE is a VNTSC-developed user friendly program written in ; Microsoft Fortran version 4.01 for the IBM PC/AT and ; compatibles to analyze acoustic data. This program is an ; integral part of the Federal Highway Administration's Mobile ; Noise Data Gathering and Analysis Laboratory and is used to ; process acoustic data collected from up to eight Cetec Ivie IE- ; 30A measuring systems utilizing the companion program, HWINPUT. ; Processed data, including selected noise level indices can be ; displayed in both tabular and graphical form.
