Speeches by John W. Snow from 1973 through 1976. Snow served in several U.S. Department of Transportation positions, including: Assistant General Counsel (1972-1973); Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy, Plans and International Affairs (1973-1974); Assistant Secretary for Governmental Affairs (1974-1975) and Deputy Under Secretary (1975-1976). Snow also served as the Administrator of the National Highway Traffic Administration from 1976 to 1977.
