These tools help optimize traffic flow and management, improve access for road users, collect valuable data, and support academic institutions in transportation technology education. These open-source tools include CARMA CloudSM, CARMA StreetsSM, Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) HubSM, the CAV Telematics tool, CAV education (CAVe)-in-a-box, CAVe-Lite, MAP/road geometry attributes (RGA) Message Creator tool for generating both MAP and RGA messages, and the traveler information message (TIM) Creator tool.
