Abstract:

This analysis represents the initial effect of the team assisting the Borg-Warner Corporation in determine the aviation meteorological requirements for the Federal Aviation Agency under Contract FAA/BRD-139. The technical capabilities of this team extend from operations research, human factors, air traffic control, flying experience through meteorology. These skills and endeavors have been merged Into an Interdisciplinary team effort. This phase report is a Joint contribution by the prime contractor and sub-contractors and IS submitted as required by Article I, Section F of the Statement of Work.
