The Transportation Library Connectivity and Development Pooled Fund Study kicked off in April 2011. It’s a new study following on the previous five-year pooled fund study where members built a prototype National Transportation Knowledge Network. Maggie Sacco speaks about the membership of the study, member projects, and group projects.
