Resource Description and Access (RDA) is the most important issue in the cataloging and metadata world right now. Paul Burley, Technical Services Librarian with the Northwestern University Transportation Library, shares four takeaways at this Transportation Librarians Roundtable: 1) a general overview of RDA; 2) how to identify an RDA record in OCLC; 3) a few features of what we might see in RDA records; and 4) action items you might want to take related to RDA.
