The Model Municipal Traffic Ordinance was prepared by the Committee on Municipal Traffic Ordinances and Regulations in response to a general demand for such an ordinance. It provides for cities and towns a form of ordinance in conformity with the fourth Act, (Regulation of Operation of Vehicles on Highways) of the Uniform Vehicle Code designed for 3tate enactment. Progress made in the adoption of both this Act and the Ordinance is shown in the pamphlet, "Shall We Go All the Way?" which was sent you several weeks ago.
