Abstract:
The Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) Long-Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) program is a 20-year study of inservice pavements designed to provide the data required to understand how and why pavements perform the way they do. The U.S. Congress mandated the LTPP program to "prepare products and deliver them to the appropriate customers in a rational, organized manner." To fulfill this mandate, the LTPP program developed the products listed in this publication.
