This advisory circular explains and informs those individuals proposing to erect or alter an object which may affect the navigable airspace regarding the need to notify the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) prior to such construction. The circular also explains FAA actions in response to the notices received under the provisions of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 77, Objects Affecting Navigable Airspace.
