Abstract:This advisory circular (AC) provides guidance for the preparation and approval of a training course outline (TCO) for industry-conducted flight instructor refresher clinics (FIRC), and sets forth guidelines to assist qualified sponsors /organizations in obtaining approval for the use of a designated airman certification representative (ACR) employed solely by the FIRC sponsor. Adherence to this AC provides an acceptable method for approval of an FIRC.
