This advisory circular provides guidance on the preparation and approval of a training course outline (TOO) for an industry-conducted Flight Instructor Refresher Clinic (FIRC) and sets forth guidelines to assist qualified sponsors/organizations in obtaining approval for the use of a designated Airman Certification Representative (ACR) employed solely by the FIRC sponsor.
