Abstract:The Operations Branch of Flight Standards Technical Division has issued this Commercial Pilot Written Test Guide, AC 61-28A, to assist applicants who are preparing for the Commercial Pilot Written Test. The guide was prepared by the same Federal Aviation Administration Specialists who developed the Commercial Pilot Written Tests currently in use. Its purpose is to guide prospective applicantstoward a clear understanding of the requirements, the reference material, the form of the written test, and the examining procedures. This guide supersedes the Commercial Pilot Examination Guide, AC 61-28, dated 1966.
