Abstract:This advisory circular has been prepared to inform the public of the procedures which will be used by the Federal Aviation Agency inspectors in implementing the Flight Instructor Certificate renewal, instructor supervision of student pilots, and other associated requirements instituted by the Federal Aviation Regulations Amendment 61-18, which becomes effective September 26, 1965.
