Abstract:

This advisory circular (AC) provides information and guidance concerning an acceptable means, but not the only means, of demonstrating compliance with the requirements of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 21, Certification Procedures for Products and Parts, regarding quality control (QC) systems for the manufacture of composite structures involving fiber reinforced materials, e.g., carbon (graphite), boron, aramid (Kevlar), and glass reinforced polymeric materials.
