Abstract:This advisory circular (AC) describes the Service Difficulty Program as it applies to general aviation activities. Instructions for completion of the revised FAA Form 8010-4 (10-92), Malfunction or Defect Report, are provided. This AC also solicits the participation of the aviation community in the Service Difficulty Program and their cooperation in improving the quality of FAA Form 8010-4.
