This advisory circular announces the availability of Report No. AFS-120-73-2, Fatigue Evaluation of Wing and Associated Structure on Small Airplanes. The report develops methods of fatigue evaluation which can be used to evaluate the adequacy of small airplane structure from both a fail-safe and safe-life point of view.
