Transmits a consolidated directory of Designated Airworthiness Representatives (DAR's) for both Maintenance (appendix 1, as of April 30, 1991) and Manufacturing (appendix 2, as of May 2, 1991); Designated Alteration Stations (DAS's) (appendix 3. as of May 2, 1991); manufacturing organizations with Delegation Option Authorization (DOA's) (appendix 4, as of May 2, 1991); and organizations certificated under the provisions of SFAR Part 36 (appendix 5, as of September 1990).
