Abstract:Appendix 1 of this advisory circular is a directory of Designated. Engineering Representatives (DER's) who are available for consulting work. The DER's, as direct representatives of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), are authorized to approve engineering or flight test information that complies with the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR's) within particular categories and subject to prescribed limitations.
