Abstract:This circular lists in Appendix l the Designated Engineering Representatives who are available for consulting work. Designated Engineering Representatives, as direct representatives of the Federal Aviation Administration, are authorized to approve types of data as complying with the Federal Aviation Regulations within particular categories, such as structures, systems and equipment, radio, powerplant, engines, propellers, flight analyst, and flight test pilot.
