All users of aeronautical radio frequency test generators are urged to check requirements for obtaining an authorization from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or for Federal Government users, from the Interdepartment Radio Advisory Committee (IRAC) when such generators are to be used to radiate a test signal.
